Tax deduction

The Trust has obtained charitable status with both the Internal Revenue Service and the Colorado Department of State, as a non-profit corporation. A copy of its official registration in Colorado may be obtained by calling 1-303-894-2200 (press 2). Contributions to the Trust are fully deductible as the Trust is a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit cooperation.
