When somebody sends you an email through your contact page, and it doesn't arrive, then one explanation is that the receiving email system has classified the mail as spam and filtered it out.

One example of this is Google Mail, which puts the important welcome email to newly registered users into its Spam folder.

If you ever experience this, please open the mail in the Spam folder and click on the [Not Spam] button to let Google Mail know that it has made a mistake and should not make the same mistake in the future.
