Name for Erica's Little One Being from New England, I am found of the old name Ezra. I don't find it on the list of names already used so that is good. But I leave it up to you if it fits for an African elephant! Keep up all of the great work everyone! |

Sorry, the name Ezra has been used. It's the last one on the list I posted. Ezra is a huge male who regularly comes into musth. He is from the other E family, the EAs.

I read with great sadness about the latest methodology for trapping and killing the ele's, the poisoned spikes. In the last paragraph of your newsletter on the subject, it is written help is needed to to search out the traps. If you need help in the field, please let me know. Sarah
