Tal Manor

Tal was raised in Kenya’s coastal town of Mombasa and all her education was carried out locally.  She has a deep connection to Kenya’s natural places and is extremely passionate about conservation, having studied Environmental Management at University and worked with the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust for ten years. Tal's expertise centre on GIS(Geographic Information Systems), database management and film work, making her an invaluable member of our small team. Since Tal joined ATE in late 2013, she has taken on much of our Nairobi operations and media liaison.

“Elephants form deep bonds with each other, which last for decades. Elephant survival is strongly affected by access to the social and ecological knowledge that older elephants hold; where to go, what to eat, how to avoid danger.”
- Dr. Cynthia Moss
