PROF. SUSAN ALBERTS
Collaborating Researcher
Susan Alberts, Professor of Biology at Duke University, studies the ecological, physiological, and genetic correlates of behavior in wild populations of large mammals. Using longitudinal, individual-based data on well-studied populations, she examines the connections between behavior, physiology, population genetic structure, relatedness, and demography. She is Director of the Amboseli Baboon Research Project, and has also collaborated extensively with the Amboseli Elephant Project
