Born and raised in Nairobi, Sylvi studied Business Administration. She started out in 2004 as a Secretary and worked her way up the ladder, becoming a very capable Manager and Coordinator. She has strong leadership skills and a huge amount of experience. She plays a key role of running our Nairobi Office handling all logistics, administration, and support to the field team. She also manages and supervises our Student Scholarship Program, making sure the students get monetary support and guidance in their studies & personal progression. Not having previous experience with elephants, she has grown to love them and developed new knowledge in Conservation as well.
